• Customizing solutions to meet clients specific needs in fast paced environment
• Handling calls and questions from clients and/or drivers
• Requesting permits
• Electronically submitting entries to customs
• Tracing shipments
• Setting up releases at Customs
• Various office duties as assigned
• Thorough knowledge of specialized importation requirements (Temporary Imports,
Vehicle Importation, Importations requiring use of OGD, etc.)
• College diploma in related field is an asset
• Minimum five years customs brokerage experience
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to customize solutions quickly
• Above average data entry skills
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
